A few things you may notice looking at this snapshot of my experience:

1.I love managing teams. I am naturally a transformative leader and love helping team members develop and grow.

2. Managing change initiatives in a fast-paced organization and juggling many projects and responsibilities is a norm for me.

3. I enjoy both creative and operational responsibilities. I gravitate to the agile project management methodology.

 

Throughout my career, I have had a diverse range of experiences that I have enjoyed. I have had a passion for communicating effectively, being a servant-leader for the teams I managed, and transforming organizations to become more efficient, effective, and customer-centric. When joining a new organization I identify the barriers that are preventing the department from being successful and create a plan to address them.
